All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm HKT (+0800 GMT). Orders placed outside of these hours shall be shipped within 72 hours of receiving the next business day.

Shipping to Asian Countries
Not all countries in Asia are serviced by us, if your country isn't on the list of Asian countries available, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to help! Please be advised that our shipping rates may differ from our normal rates.
Some Asian countries may have difficulties receiving goods due to circumstances beyond our control, whether that is in-country logistics, or customs procedures. While we will do all we can to help (contact us at email@example.com), however, we accept no liability for loss or damage after your goods have reached your domestic logistics network, or customs departments. Please be fully aware of your local customs procedures before ordering as loss or damage caused by local customs practices shall not be deemed as a satisfactory reason for exchange or refund.
Shipping to Other Countries
While we don't normally ship to countries outside of Asia, North America, Australia and New Zealand, under special circumstances, we may be able to assist. Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order and we'll do our best to help! Please be advised that shipping rates will differ from our flat rates normally available.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using PhilPost, Australia Post and Express mail will not have tracking numbers.
A flat rate of AUD 10.00 is charged on all orders below AUD 70.00 and a flat rate of AUD 5.00 is charged on all orders below AUD 35.00. All orders at or above that amount can make use of our free shipping policy. For special shipping requests, such as higher shipping requirements or shipping to other countries please contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you as best we can.
We always try to have an updated inventory of items available, however, in the rare circumstance that an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Tariffs
Customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, tariffs and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duty, tariffs and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, additional taxes and charges, and any other return shipping charges will not be refunded. Refusal to accept goods because of the aforementioned reason is not deemed an acceptable reason for return of goods.
